Discipleship Ministries

The Discipleship Ministry Team will lead the church to grow Great Commission Christians through a variety of focused ministries that teach foundational Biblical principles, encourage spiritual growth, and equip believers as servant leaders.

Worship Ministries

The Worship Ministry Team will lead the church and others who gather with us to “Glorify God” through contemporary, traditional and other creative avenues for worshipping God as our Creator and Redeemer. The team will strive to enhance the worship event for the worshipper so that each person will have the opportunity to encounter the presence of God in a life-transforming experience.

Support Ministries

The Ministry Support Team will lead the church to provide necessary support for the ministries of Louisa Baptist Church through the investments of time, spiritual gifts, financial resources, and ministry leadership.

Fellowship Ministries

The Fellowship Ministry Team will lead the church to “build up the body of Christ” here at Louisa Baptist by creating an atmosphere of “belonging” among gathered believers. The team will strive to creatively provide a variety of settings and avenues through which gathered persons can begin and grow Christ-centered relationships.

Partnership Ministries

The Partnership Ministry Team will lead the church to develop ministry and mission partnerships within and outside of the church family that seek to meet specifically identified spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical needs of people within the Louisa community and beyond.
